Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange mini phyllo shells evenly on the baking sheet.
- Cut Brie cheese into small cubes and place one cube into each phyllo shell.
- Add one fresh blackberry to each shell on top of the Brie.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and the blackberries soften.
- Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped toasted pecans. Best served immediately.
