Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease baking dish.
- Slice rolls horizontally and place bottom half into dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Scramble eggs in skillet until softly set.
- Spread eggs evenly over rolls.
- Layer bacon and sprinkle cheese evenly.
- Place top rolls over filling.
- Brush butter glaze over tops.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 5 minutes until golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Can be assembled ahead and baked fresh. Swap bacon for sausage or ham if desired.
