Ingredients
  

Sliders
  • 12 slider rolls kept attached
  • 8 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 12 strips bacon cooked crispy
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
Butter Glaze
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 0.5 tsp dried parsley
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Skillet
  • Baking dish
  • Pastry brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease baking dish.
  2. Slice rolls horizontally and place bottom half into dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Scramble eggs in skillet until softly set.
  5. Spread eggs evenly over rolls.
  6. Layer bacon and sprinkle cheese evenly.
  7. Place top rolls over filling.
  8. Brush butter glaze over tops.
  9. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes until golden.
  11. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Can be assembled ahead and baked fresh. Swap bacon for sausage or ham if desired.
