  • 1.5 cups cheddar or gouda cheese cubes
  • 1 cup brie wedges
  • 1 cup salami slices folded
  • 1 cup prosciutto slices rolled
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cup almonds or candied pecans
  • 12 rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • 12 breadsticks or pretzels
  • 12 mini skewers

Method
 

  1. Prepare ingredients by slicing cheeses, folding meats, and washing fruits.
  2. Add nuts or pretzels as the base of each cup.
  3. Add cheese cubes to each cup for structure.
  4. Create mini skewers with cheese, fruit, or meats and insert into cups.
  5. Add folded salami and rolled prosciutto.
  6. Top with grapes, dried cranberries, and rosemary sprigs.
  7. Serve immediately or keep chilled until serving time.
