Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup Christmas M&Ms
  • 0.75 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pretzels crushed

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in M&Ms, chocolate chips, and crushed pretzels.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and top with extra mix-ins.
  8. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set. Cool on wire racks.

Notes

Do not overbake for best chewy texture.
