Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Sauce
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce or pizza sauce
Cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan optional
Toppings
  • 0.5 green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 0.5 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 10 black olives sliced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a triangle shape resembling a Christmas tree. Create zig-zag edges to mimic branches.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Add Parmesan if using.
  5. Arrange bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and olives to look like ornaments on the tree.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing carefully along branches or into triangles.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Decorate with fresh basil or balsamic glaze for extra flair.
