- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until just combined.
- Layer batter and cinnamon sugar mixture in pan, finishing with cinnamon sugar on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
