Ingredients
  

Blondie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until just combined.
  5. Layer batter and cinnamon sugar mixture in pan, finishing with cinnamon sugar on top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
  7. Cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

Do not overbake for best chewy texture.
