Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden on both sides.
- Remove chicken and reduce heat. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cranberries, orange juice, broth, honey, soy sauce, orange zest, and cinnamon. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer 10 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry if thicker consistency is desired.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce. Cook 5–8 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with extra orange zest or herbs if desired.

Great for holiday dinners or meal prep. Sauce can be made ahead.
