Method
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain grease.
- Add Velveeta, cream cheese, Rotel, seasonings, and cooked sausage to crock pot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Stir until smooth and fully melted. Add milk if needed for thinner consistency.
- Switch to WARM setting and serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot sausage.
