Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground sausage mild or spicy
  • 16 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies drained
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp milk optional

Method
 

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain grease.
  2. Add Velveeta, cream cheese, Rotel, seasonings, and cooked sausage to crock pot.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  4. Stir until smooth and fully melted. Add milk if needed for thinner consistency.
  5. Switch to WARM setting and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot sausage.
