Ingredients
  

Butterbeer Base
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup cream soda chilled
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.25 tsp butter extract
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Foam Topping
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 0.25 tsp butter extract
  • 2 tbsp caramel syrup

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand mixer
  • Serving mugs

Method
 

  1. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and butter extract until soft peaks form. Chill.
  2. Add ice cream, cream soda, brown sugar, butter extract, vanilla extract, and ice to blender.
  3. Blend until thick and smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
  5. Pour into chilled mugs.
  6. Top with whipped foam and drizzle caramel syrup.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best texture use very cold soda and chilled glasses.
