Method
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and butter extract until soft peaks form. Chill.
- Add ice cream, cream soda, brown sugar, butter extract, vanilla extract, and ice to blender.
- Blend until thick and smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
- Pour into chilled mugs.
- Top with whipped foam and drizzle caramel syrup.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For best texture use very cold soda and chilled glasses.
