  • 1 bowl ice cubes for ice bath
  • 1 bowl cold water for ice bath
  • to taste salt optional
  • to taste black pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 270°F (130°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Place eggs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook eggs for 15–17 minutes depending on desired doneness.
  4. Prepare a bowl with ice and cold water.
  5. Transfer hot eggs immediately to the ice bath.
  6. Cool for 5–10 minutes to stop cooking.
  7. Crack and peel eggs starting from the wider end.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
