- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Heat lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto skillet.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm.
Notes
Do not overmix batter. Let it rest 5 minutes for fluffier pancakes.
