Ingredients
  

Casserole Base
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets lightly steamed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in cheeses, seasonings, chicken, cauliflower, and garlic.
  5. Transfer to casserole dish and top with mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Rest briefly before serving.
