Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
Toppings
  • 1 banana sliced
  • whipped cream optional

Method
 

  1. Mix graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press mixture into a springform pan and chill 20 minutes.
  3. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Fold mashed bananas into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Gently fold whipped cream into filling.
  7. Spread filling over chilled crust and smooth top.
  8. Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
  9. Garnish with banana slices and whipped cream before serving.

Notes

For best texture chill overnight. Add lemon juice to bananas to prevent browning.
