Method
- Mix graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
- Press mixture into a springform pan and chill 20 minutes.
- Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold mashed bananas into cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold whipped cream into filling.
- Spread filling over chilled crust and smooth top.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set.
- Garnish with banana slices and whipped cream before serving.
Notes
For best texture chill overnight. Add lemon juice to bananas to prevent browning.
