Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 oz strawberry gelatin powder 1 packet
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups mini marshmallows

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Spatula
  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • Parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in strawberry gelatin powder until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Slice into squares and serve.

Store refrigerated in an airtight container for best texture.
