Method
- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in strawberry gelatin powder until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Pour into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Slice into squares and serve.
