Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup spinach frozen, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic, spinach, artichokes, and cheeses.
  4. Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent a watery dip.
