  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook ground pork in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded cabbage and carrots; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
  5. Season with salt and pepper; simmer until flavors combine.
  6. Stir in green onions and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
