Ingredients
  

Mocktail Base
  • 4 tbsp elderflower syrup
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary for garnish
  • 2 tbsp sugared cranberries optional garnish
  • 1 cup ice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Fill two glasses with ice to chill.
  2. Divide elderflower syrup evenly between the glasses.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice to each glass and stir gently.
  4. Top with chilled sparkling water, pouring slowly to preserve carbonation.
  5. Garnish with orange slices, rosemary sprigs, and sugared cranberries if desired.
  6. Serve immediately while cold and sparkling.

Notes

Adjust lemon juice to taste depending on the sweetness of your elderflower syrup. Serve immediately for best carbonation.
