Method
- Place chuck roast in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch, gravy, and Italian seasoning packets over the roast.
- Pour beef broth around the roast.
- Add optional vegetables around the meat.
- Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH for 4-5 hours.
- Shred or slice and serve with gravy.
Notes
For extra gravy, add a second brown gravy packet or more broth.
