Ingredients
  

Greek Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Flatbread & Toppings
  • 3 flatbreads
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Place flatbreads in skillet and layer with chicken and toppings.
  4. Bake until flatbread is crisp and cheese is warmed.
  5. Drizzle with tzatziki, garnish, and serve warm.
