Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, and espresso powder into bowl. Fold gently.
- Fold in melted chocolate.
- Spread batter into pan and bake 28–35 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then cut into squares.
- Decorate brownies with frosting ribbons and bows to resemble Christmas presents.
Notes
Chill brownies before decorating for cleaner frosting lines.
