- Slice the orange and apple into thin pieces.
- Combine red wine, brandy, and orange juice in a large pitcher.
- Add sugar or honey and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add cranberries, sliced fruit, rosemary, and cinnamon sticks.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, add club soda if desired.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with rosemary and cranberries, and enjoy.
