Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 1 bottle red wine 750 ml
  • 0.5 cup brandy
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.33 cup sugar or honey optional
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 2 sprigs rosemary fresh
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup club soda optional, added before serving

Method
 

  1. Slice the orange and apple into thin pieces.
  2. Combine red wine, brandy, and orange juice in a large pitcher.
  3. Add sugar or honey and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Add cranberries, sliced fruit, rosemary, and cinnamon sticks.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, add club soda if desired.
  7. Pour into glasses, garnish with rosemary and cranberries, and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste before serving.
