  • 2.5 lbs beef chuck cubed
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

Method
 

  1. Season and brown beef in a Dutch oven.
  2. Sauté vegetables, add tomato paste and flour.
  3. Add broth, cranberries, herbs, and beef; simmer until tender.
