Ingredients
  

Cake Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
  • 0.25 tsp cloves
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs large
  • 2 tbsp orange zest fresh
  • 0.5 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini Bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in orange zest, juice, and vanilla.
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fill mini Bundt cavities two-thirds full.
  7. Bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool, glaze, and serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh oranges and generously grease the pan.
