- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini Bundt pan thoroughly.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in orange zest, juice, and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill mini Bundt cavities two-thirds full.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, glaze, and serve.
Notes
For best results, use fresh oranges and generously grease the pan.
