Ingredients
  

Ramen Base
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 2 packs ramen noodles seasoning discarded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Creamy Finish
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 eggs soft boiled
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook sliced chicken until browned and cooked through, then set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pot until fragrant.
  3. Add broth and water, scraping up browned bits from bottom.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, and pepper flakes. Simmer gently.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
  6. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream until smooth.
  7. Return chicken to pot and simmer 2–3 minutes.
  8. Serve in bowls topped with eggs, scallions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding or reducing chili paste.
