Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Add chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, baking soda, salt, oat flour, and milk to blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best texture, chill before slicing. Substitute sunflower butter for nut-free version.
