- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish and chill.
- Simmer cranberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice until soft. Blend and strain.
- Bloom gelatin in cold water, then melt until liquid.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix cranberry purée into cream cheese mixture, then add gelatin.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar to soft peaks.
- Fold whipped cream into cranberry mixture gently.
- Pour into crust and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.

Chill thoroughly before slicing for clean edges. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh cranberries.
