Ingredients
  

Omelet Base
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tbsp milk or cream
  • 0.125 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper
Filling
  • 1 cup fresh spinach loosely packed
  • 0.25 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 pinch garlic powder optional

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until slightly frothy.
  2. Heat oil or butter in skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Sauté spinach until wilted, then set aside.
  4. Pour eggs into skillet and cook gently, pushing edges inward as they set.
  5. Add spinach and feta to one half of omelet.
  6. Fold omelet and cook until cheese softens and eggs are just set.
  7. Slide onto plate and serve immediately.

Notes

Cook on low heat for the fluffiest texture and avoid overfilling.
