Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup whole milk warm
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 eggs large
Filling
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries chopped
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1.5 tbsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm milk with sugar until foamy.
  2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out dough and spread strawberry cinnamon filling.
  5. Roll, slice, and arrange in baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F until golden and fluffy.
  7. Glaze and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries and allow full rise time.
