- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, cornstarch, vanilla, and salt. Pour into baking dish.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut cold butter into dry ingredients until crumbly.
- Stir in milk and vanilla just until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough over strawberry filling.
- Bake 35–45 minutes until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Best served warm with vanilla ice cream. Adjust sugar depending on strawberry sweetness.
