Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small head green cabbage chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup corn drained
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Frito corn chips lightly crushed

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion until softened.
  2. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  3. Brown ground beef, seasoning to taste, and drain excess grease.
  4. Add cabbage and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in corn and shredded cheese until melted.
  6. Fold in Frito corn chips just before serving.

Notes

Add Fritos just before serving to maintain crunch.
