- Line a muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
- Mix granola, melted butter, and honey until combined.
- Press mixture into muffin cups forming crusts.
- Stir yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon yogurt mixture into crusts.
- Top with berries and optional toppings.
- Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
- Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use thick yogurt for best texture. Store frozen up to 2 weeks.
