Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups granola
  • 3 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Filling
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts optional

Method
 

  1. Line a muffin tin with liners or grease lightly.
  2. Mix granola, melted butter, and honey until combined.
  3. Press mixture into muffin cups forming crusts.
  4. Stir yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spoon yogurt mixture into crusts.
  6. Top with berries and optional toppings.
  7. Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm.
  8. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use thick yogurt for best texture. Store frozen up to 2 weeks.
