- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment.
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together until smooth.
- Whisk in sugars until glossy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Combine cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Stir in cherries and chocolate chips.
- Spread batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 28–32 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and chill before cutting.
