Method
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Spread mixture on one side of each bread slice.
- Place two slices butter-side down and add cheeses.
- Top with remaining bread slices butter-side out.
- Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
- Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve.
Notes
Use thick bread and low heat for best texture.
