Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • salt pinch
  • black pepper pinch
Sandwich
  • 4 slices thick bread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Spatula
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Spread mixture on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place two slices butter-side down and add cheeses.
  4. Top with remaining bread slices butter-side out.
  5. Heat skillet over medium-low heat.
  6. Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes until golden.
  7. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Rest briefly, slice, and serve.

Notes

Use thick bread and low heat for best texture.
