Ingredients
  

Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Dough & Topping
  • 1 package crescent dough sheets
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic and seasonings. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Mix cheeses into beef. Spread over dough and roll tightly.
  5. Slice into rollups, brush with garlic butter, and bake 18–22 minutes.

Notes

Add bacon or pickles for classic cheeseburger flavor.
