Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
Filling
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg
Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta shells until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. Mix chicken, butter, garlic, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and egg to make filling.
  3. Melt butter in saucepan, sauté garlic, add cream, then stir in cheeses to make Alfredo sauce.
  4. Spread sauce in baking dish, stuff shells with filling, and arrange in dish.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over shells and top with extra cheese.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and freshly grated cheese for best melting texture.
