- Cut lobster shells lengthwise and pull meat over the top.
- Season lobster with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

- Brush garlic butter generously over lobster meat.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges.
