Ingredients
  

Lobster
  • 4 lobster tails 5–6 oz each
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

  • Baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cut lobster shells lengthwise and pull meat over the top.
  3. Season lobster with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and parsley.
  6. Brush garlic butter generously over lobster meat.
  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
  8. Serve with extra garlic butter and lemon wedges.

Notes

Do not overcook lobster; meat should be opaque and tender. Use fresh garlic and real butter for best flavor.
