Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar or lemon juice optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or basil chopped

Method
 

  1. Pour olive oil into a shallow serving dish.
  2. Add minced garlic evenly over oil.
  3. Sprinkle oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper on top.
  4. Add Parmesan if using.
  5. Drizzle balsamic vinegar or lemon juice lightly.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  7. Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with bread or appetizers.

Notes

Use high-quality olive oil for best flavor. Adjust spice level and herbs to taste.
