Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion finely chopped, optional
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Filling
  • 0.25 cup butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese and let mixture cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit and fill with a spoon of beef mixture.
  5. Pinch and seal tightly, placing seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. Brush bombs before baking.
  7. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden. Brush again with garlic butter and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, ketchup, or spicy mayo.
