Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain and cool slightly.
- Flatten biscuit dough into rounds. Place beef and shredded cheese in the center of each.
- Seal dough tightly around filling and roll into balls. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Bake for 14–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Melt butter with garlic, remove from heat, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Brush baked bombs with garlic Parmesan butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or garlic aioli.
