Ingredients
  

Cheeseburger Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
Dough & Topping
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough into rounds. Place beef and shredded cheese in the center of each.
  4. Seal dough tightly around filling and roll into balls. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 14–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Melt butter with garlic, remove from heat, and stir in Parmesan cheese.
  7. Brush baked bombs with garlic Parmesan butter and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or garlic aioli.
