- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
- Season chicken and cook in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
- Whisk in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add pasta and chicken, tossing to coat. Adjust with pasta water if needed.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated parmesan for best texture.
