  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 0.5 oz gingerbread syrup
  • 1 drop molasses optional
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Equipment

  • Rocks glass
  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon

Method
 

  1. Rim a rocks glass with crushed gingerbread cookies if desired.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over the ice.
  4. Add gingerbread syrup and optional molasses.
  5. Top with heavy cream and stir gently or leave layered.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and strength to taste. Can be made dairy-free with plant-based creamers.
