Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing gently.
- Fold in strawberries and jam.
- Roll batter into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, then cool completely.
- Dip in strawberry glaze and allow to set.
Notes
For best results, use ripe strawberries and allow glaze to fully set before storing.
