- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
- Mix in butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually add flour until soft dough forms.
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into rectangle, spread butter, sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
- Roll into log, slice into rolls, place in baking dish, and let rise again.
- Bake at 350°F until lightly golden.
- Whisk tres leches mixture and pour over warm rolls.
- Beat glaze ingredients until smooth and drizzle over rolls.
