Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
Creamy Garlic Dill Sauce
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
  2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
  3. Rub seasoning mixture over chicken and marinate at least 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, combine yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Chill sauce 15–30 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
  7. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Rest chicken 5 minutes, then serve topped with creamy garlic dill sauce.

Notes

Sauce can be made a day ahead for deeper flavor.
