Method
- Pat chicken dry and pound to even thickness if needed.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Rub seasoning mixture over chicken and marinate at least 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt or sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Chill sauce 15–30 minutes to blend flavors.
- Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
- Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest chicken 5 minutes, then serve topped with creamy garlic dill sauce.
