Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk eggs and milk together until smooth.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.
- Divide diced ham evenly among muffin cups.
- Sprinkle cheese over ham.
- Pour egg mixture into each cup until three-quarters full.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until eggs are set.
- Cool slightly, remove from pan, garnish with chives, and serve.
Notes
Store refrigerated up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months. Reheat in microwave before serving.
