Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping thawed
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit Mix
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges drained
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  4. Add pineapple, strawberries, grapes, and mandarin oranges.
  5. Fold fruit gently into cheesecake mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Stir in shredded coconut if using.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Drain fruit well to prevent excess moisture.
