- Whisk pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and sesame oil to make marinade.
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Cook chicken on grill or skillet for 5–7 minutes per side.
- Simmer reserved marinade, add cornstarch slurry, and thicken into teriyaki glaze.
- Stir in pineapple chunks and simmer 2 more minutes.
- Slice cooked chicken, pour glaze over the top, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
