- Whisk pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to create marinade.
- Add chicken thighs and marinate for 30 minutes to 12 hours.
- Heat grill or skillet to medium-high.
- Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
- Simmer reserved marinade in saucepan. Add cornstarch slurry if thicker glaze is desired.
- Brush glaze over cooked chicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve.
Notes
For extra caramelization, broil chicken for 1–2 minutes after glazing.
