- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- In another bowl combine mashed bananas, yogurt, honey, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in strawberries.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top.
- Bake 50–60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and flavor.
