Ingredients
  

Turkey Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground turkey lean
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cucumber grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Mix tzatziki ingredients and chill.
  2. Combine turkey meatball ingredients gently.
  3. Form into meatballs.
  4. Cook in skillet until golden and cooked through.
